Job description

  • Co-own and convert raw requirements into the technical solutions with leads, understand end-to-end basic/medium and complex requirements and provide solutions and suggestions with all the task management independently.

  • Participate and lead all the requirement elicitations and other implementation processes like design, development, QA etc.

  • Consult with project stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Actively participate in project discussions with Tech leads//designers/developers/PMs etc. to conclude any open points.

  • Manage activities independently like requirement gathering & documentation (User stories, BRD, FRD, Flow Diagram etc.) and review the same created by team members.

  • Lead and manage daily stand-ups, walkthrough of FRD, designs, weekly status calls with clients, scrum events etc.

  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize and enhance the project expectations and overall project experience.

  • Be an active member of the project execution team to understand requirements and client objectives to provide effective solutions and identify risks, resolve team's queries and help leads for decision making.

  • Support the presales process including POCs, proposals, high level scope, high level project timelines and resources, effort and cost estimations. Can evaluate the estimations and help the team to resolve conflicts/queries for estimations.

  • Evaluate and lead change management processes and make sure to follow them with Seniors and other team members.

  • Can mentor team members on overall activities/tasks and responsibilities 

  • Proactively communicate key insights and findings from the performance to the relevant internal teams.

  • Can take client (UK/USA/Australia/Europe/Asia based) calls for requirements, status, escalations calls independently or along with pertinent colleagues and independently manage the project teams and processes

  • Expert in working with SDLC and STLC concepts with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

  • Expert in managing work in Jira or similar software.

  • Be involved in recruitment processes as and when the need arises.

Job requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication including business technical writing and proofreading.

  • 3-5 years of experience in requirement gathering & documentation (User stories, BRD, FRD, Flow Diagram, templates, contracts etc.).

  • Strong Capitalization abilities and successfully implementing the same in work experience to complete his/her technical tasks and able to apply it at project level.

  • Own the project/process-related implementation with Leads, own client communications, setting the expectations for all the stakeholders/team and convey the end goal to keep track of the timelines for the implementation and issue resolutions

  • Basic understanding of technologies to evaluate technical efforts/issues. 

  • Expert with tools for Project management, bug tracking, wireframing, flow diagram, CRM (such as JIRA, Hubspot, Balsamiq) etc.

  • Lead the sprint activities, planning and retro and guide team for the same. Help to plan the activities and resources for the associate and mid level team members Ability to conduct efforts, cost, risk analysis.

  • Highly motivated to initiate projects, work under aggressive deadlines and ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, positivity, focus and a winning mentality allied with kindness.

  • Mentoring and managing the team level meetings on project front with Mid/Associate/Interns - accountable for teams performance at scrum and project delivery standpoint.

  • Proactive to deal with potential disruptions or issues faced by the tech team and conduct retrospectives to capture team learning and provide input to improve development processes.

  • Identify pain areas and roadblocks in advance and come up with suitable/alternative solutions.
