Job description

For Principal Scientist (NMR)

  • Have sound knowledge of various NMR analysis’ experiment set-ups and having experience of 8-12 years handling NMR in CRO industry.

  • Understanding the project requirements from collaborators & key stakeholders.

  • Responsible for smoother operation of NMR instruments, shift planning, and execution to achieve benchmark productivity month on month basis.

  • Responsible for planning, prioritising, and executing work responsibilities in order to meet deadlines.

  • Proactively identifying bottlenecks & communicating viable solutions along with insights to collaborators.

  • Should have expertise in handling characterisation of organic compounds with advanced NMR techniques like NOESY, COSY, HSQC, HMBC etc. & Q-NMR methods for quantification of trace impurities in samples.

  • Sound knowledge of characterization of NCE molecules with various techniques like LCMS, XRD, TGA, DSC etc.

  • Responsible for NMR troubleshooting and calibration, coordinating with vendors/technicians.

  • Responsible for making sure all the compliances related to NMR are being followed.

  • Sound knowledge and experience of LC-MS/SFC/HPLC Method Development for NCE Molecules.

  • Ready to work within a team & lead a team of motivated young scientists.

  • Responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring the team.

For Associate Research Scientist (HPLC/LCMS/SFC)

  • Experience of 4-8 years in CRO/API industry handling HPLC/LC-MS/SFC.

  • Sound knowledge and experience of LC-MS/HPLC Method Development for NCE Molecules on an analytical scale.

  • Expertise in different types of purification techniques.

  • Sound knowledge of different column chemistry used in HPLC.

  • Responsible for troubleshooting of instruments and their calibration.

  • Ready to work within a team of motivated young scientists.

  • Should be ready to work in different shifts (including night shift) to support the Analytical team in delivering the analytical data to the Chemistry team.
