Job description

Senior/Principal Scientist:

  • 10+ years of experience in CRO with hands-on experience in LCMS/Prep. HPLC/NMR/HPLC method development for NCE Molecules in analytical scale.

  • Proficiency in various purification techniques.

  • Strong understanding of various column chemistries.

  • Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.

  • Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists.

  • Provide guidance and support across different shifts to ensure the timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team.

  • Ready to work closely with motivated scientists, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.

Job requirements

  • Have a passion for Prep. HPLC/LCMS /NMR/HPLC analysis and characterization techniques, as well as being open to continuous learning and education.

  • Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people in other departments.

  • Creative thinking to spot new techniques and growth opportunities.

  • Be highly organized with the ability to work independently as well as maintain team cohesion in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work in a team in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture.
